Pre-School Gymnastics
Tiny Town (Mommy & Me)
Tiny Town (Ages 18 months – 3 years)
Welcome to Tiny Town, where little movers become big explorers! In this playful, parent-assisted class, toddlers will tumble, climb, balance, and swing their way through MGA! With music, games, and age-appropriate equipment, we help develop coordination, confidence, and smiles — one tiny cartwheel at a time!
Little Stars (Ages: 3yr to 4 ½ yr)
Little Stars is a combined boys and girls preschool class where our little ones learn the basics of rolls, handstands, jumps, balance, and swings on age-appropriate gymnastics equipment. Through obstacle courses, trampolines, bars, and beams, they’ll develop strength, coordination, social and listening skills, and confidence—all while fueling their imagination and love for movement and fun!
Super Star Boys (Ages: 4 ½yr – 5 yr/ 11 mo.)
Our Super Star Boys program is the first preschool class where we separate boys and girls, giving young athletes the chance to focus on skills and events just for them. Boys will develop strength, coordination, and confidence while learning foundational techniques on men’s gymnastics equipment, including floor exercise, still rings, parallel bars, high bar, and more. It’s the perfect step up for little gymnasts who are ready for a bit more challenge!
Super Star Girls (Ages: 4 ½yr – 5 yr/11 mo.)
Super Stars is the first preschool class where we begin to separate boys and girls. This creates a focused introduction on women’s apparatus including uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise in a way that matches their learning style. With a mix of basics, skill progressions, and fun strength and flexibility work, gymnasts develop key skills while gaining confidence and independence in a supportive environment!
Advanced Super Star Girls (Ages: 4 ½yr – 5 yr/11 mo.)
Advanced Super Star Girls is a high-energy, girls-only preschool class for those who have mastered the basics and are ready to soar! By coach recommendation only, this class takes skills, strength, and flexibility to the next level while encouraging focus, confidence, and a love for gymnastics. Gymnasts enjoy new challenges on women’s gymnastics equipment in a supportive, fun-filled environment.

Girls Gymnastics
GIRLS 1 (ages:6yr to 8yr/11mo.)
Girls 1 is a beginner girls class and is focused on basics on all 4 women's Olympic apparatus: Floor Exercise, Balance Beam, Uneven Bars and Vault. Lots of bouncing and jumping(the correct way) on trampoline and tumbltrak will add body awareness, coordination and of course tons of fun!
GIRLS 1+ (ages:6yr to 8yr/11mo.)
Girls 1+ is a recommendation only class for gymnasts who have mastered the basics of a G1 class and are working towards intermediate skills. We will work on all 4 women's Olympic apparatus plus trampoline and tumbltrak. Sharpening skills such as cartwheels, bridge kick-overs and handstands as well chin-up pullovers on bars, and work on high beams.

GIRLS 2 (ages:9yr to 12yr/11mo.)
Girls 2 is a beginner girls class for girls 9yrs-12yrs. Class is focused on basics on all 4 Women's Olympic apparatus: Floor Exercise, Balance Beam, Uneven Bars and Vault. The class is focused on upgrading our skills on all women's Olympic apparatus: Floor Exercise, Balance Beam, Uneven Bars and Vault. Running tumbling is introduced as well as roundoff and back-handsprings on trampoline and tumbltrak. Beam dismounts and work on the high rail Uneven Bars begins.

advanced girls (ages:8yr to 13yr/11mo.)
MGA's Advanced Girls Class (8yrs-13yrs) is by coach recommendation only and meets for 90mins per week. Gymnasts in this class have shown mastery of the basics on all events and the additional practice time allows for more focus on individual skills. Front and back tumbling on tramp and Tumbltrak create body awareness for all 4 events, and flipping dismounts on bars and beam will be introduced.

Girls Teen gymnastics (ages:13yr to 17yr/11mo.)
MGA's teen class is a 90 min class for girls 13yrs to 17yrs. Designed for girls who have a passion for gymnastics and want to have fun while improving their skills. This is a mixed level class and coaches will adjust progressions to individual development. This class also focuses on strength and endurance to compliment other sports. Again gymnasts will continue to work on all 4 women's Olympic apparatus: Floor Exercise, Balance Beam, Uneven Bars and Vault---but everyone at their own pace!
Boys Gymnastics
boyS 1 (ages:6yr to 8yr/11mo.)
Boys 1 is a beginner boys class and is focused on basics on all 6 men's Olympic apparatus: Floor Exercise, Pommel Horse, Still Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, and Horizontal Bar. Adding fun to the mix on trampoline and Tumbltrak, these boys will have a blast building strength and skills without even knowing it!
boyS 2 (ages:9yr to 12yr/11mo.)
Boys 2 is also a beginner boys class designed for 9yr to 12yr age group. The focus continues on basics on all 6 men's Olympic apparatus. General strength and strength holds and continued fun on our 40' Tumbltrak and trampoline makes this a great class for older beginners!
advanced boys (ages:8yr to 17yr/11mo.)
The Advanced Boys is a 90 min class by recommendation only and combines age groups. Handstands and swings are the most important skills in gymnastics, and the boys will be progressing these skills on all 6 Olympic apparatus. Air sense and fun will be a focus on higher level tumbling on Tumbltrak and Trampoline. Flipping everyday is the MGA way!

boys club track-platinum (ages:8yr to 17yr/11mo.)
Club Track Boys is an invitation only competitive program. This is an introduction to competitive gymnastics for athletes that are also involved in other sports! They train 2 hrs, twice per week year round! This program builds strength, discipline, and advanced technique in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Tumbling
Mini tumbling (Ages: 4 ½yr – 6 yr/11 mo.)
Our youngest tumblers leap into movement through fun, foundational floor skills—think rolls, spotted handstands, and balance games. Mini tumbling will begin to teach the basics of being upside down, bridge technique, and proper hand placements—all designed to spark excitement and build confidence!
beginner tumbling (Ages: 7yr – 17yr/11 mo.)
Beginner Tumbling is where athletes of all ages master the fundamentals—handstands, cartwheels, bridges and kickovers, and even introductions to round-offs —always in a supportive, progress-focused environment!
intermediate tumbling (Ages: 7yr – 17yr/11 mo.)
Intermediate Tumbling is a class by coach recommendation only. The class challenges athletes who have mastered the basics and are now working towards running tumbling: Round-offs, fly-backs and the introduction to back handsprings. They’ll continue to focus on building their strength, basics of handstands and stronger runs and rhythms—all while having a blast!

advanced tumbling (Ages: 7yr – 17yr/11 mo.)
Advanced Tumbling, by recommendation only, dives into more complex skills—connected back-handsprings, tucks, layouts, and beyond—pushing speed, strength, and technique to the next level!

Ninja
Mini flying stars (Ages: 3yr – 4yr/11 mo.)
The Flying Stars program is the perfect introduction for young children beginning their Ninja journey! These engaging classes feature fun games and beginner-friendly obstacles designed to build foundational skills like balance, coordination, strength, and confidence. Along the way, kids also develop important social skills and a strong sense of teamwork.

The Flying Stars program is the perfect introduction for young children beginning their Ninja journey! These engaging classes feature fun games and beginner-friendly obstacles designed to build foundational skills like balance, coordination, strength, and confidence. intro to ninja (Ages: 7yr – 11yr/11 mo.)
Intro to Ninja is a “seriously fun” class designed to introduce the core building blocks of the sport. Ninjas develop strength, speed, agility, balance, and coordination while tackling a series of ever-changing obstacles. Each week brings new challenges that keep kids engaged, active, and excited to push their limits—perfect for beginners ready to leap into action!
Level 1 (Ages: 7yr – 11yr/11 mo.)
Level 1 Ninja is a more focused, recommendation only, program that takes training to the next level. Ninjas dive deeper into the skills and techniques essential for mastering obstacle courses. With more challenging obstacles and intensified conditioning, the excitement—and the fun—reach new heights!

Level 2 (Ages: 7yr – 17yr/11 mo.)
Level 2 Ninja is where our Level One Ninjas take flight! In this high-energy 90 minute class, athletes begin building their aerial skills with added tumbling and tricking—perfect for those who love to flip, twist, and soar through the air. Get ready to defy gravity and unleash your inner acrobat!

Teen Ninja (Ages: 12yr – 17yr/11 mo.)
Teen Ninja is all about building skills—and building each other up. In a positive, team-driven environment, Ninjas, beginner to advanced, train together, encourage one another, and push toward their goals. Whether you're just starting out or mastering advanced moves, you're never alone on your Ninja journey!
Adult Gymnastics
Rediscover the joy of movement in our Adult Gymnastics class, where flips, handstands, and cartwheels aren’t just for kids! This fun and social class is great, whether you're a total beginner or returning to the sport. Not only is this class designed to challenge your strength, flexibility, balance and confidence, it will invigorate your spirit!
