Cancellation Policy – Effective June 15 Cancellations on or after June 15 will incur a $30 cancellation fee per class MGA holds each athlete’s spot, and late withdrawals impact class availability for other families Final Payment and Refunds– Deadline June 27 All remaining balances will be automatically charged on June 27 Please be sure to have an up to date method of payment in your account. Expired payment methods may impact your child's enrollment status. After this date, no refunds will be issued Unlimited Makeups We offer unlimited makeups throughout the summer to accommodate travel and scheduling conflicts. If your child misses a class, you may schedule a makeup in any available class that fits their age and level. Any unused summer makeups may be saved and applied toward Session 1, ensuring you never lose value due to vacations. Priority Fall Registration Students enrolled in summer classes will receive priority access to fall registration, allowing you to secure your preferred class, day, and time before registration opens to the public. Attendance & Scheduling Summer enrollment is designed to be flexible. While weekly attendance is encouraged to maintain progress, families may attend classes as their schedules allow and take advantage of the makeup policy as needed. General Policies All makeups are subject to class availability Makeups must be used within the allowed timeframe (summer + Session 1) MUST BE registered for Session 1 fall 2026 in order to apply summer makeups.
